If you are interested in our courses but would like to try Mindfulness we offer a taster session.
During this interactive and participatory half-day (3 hour) course of experience and dialogue, you will
• Explore what mindfulness is,
• Learn about what research tells us about mindfulness practice,
• Experience various simple‐to‐learn mindfulness practices,
• Begin to learn about basic applications, so that you may start to integrate mindfulness into your everyday life.
